Scope and services

The site presents our services and content, in particular:

  • browsing property listings and offers;
  • requesting a free property valuation;
  • employment information and the option to apply;
  • contacting us and sending inquiries.

The site is informational and serves to establish contact with us. The site is not a platform for online purchase, sale, or the conclusion of transactions — by sending an inquiry or request you do not enter into a purchase, lease, or any other binding transaction.

Nature of the brokerage relationship

Urbani Agent is a real-estate broker registered in the Register of brokers under number [BROJ U REGISTRU POSREDNIKA], in accordance with the Law on Brokerage in Real-Estate Transactions and Leasing.

Brokerage is provided solely on the basis of a separate brokerage agreement concluded between you and us. The site itself, and sending an inquiry through the site, does not constitute a brokerage agreement and creates no brokerage obligation until such an agreement is concluded.

Accuracy of listings and information

We make every effort to keep property data (price, area, location, structure, photos, and video) accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, this data is informational, subject to change, may contain inadvertent errors, and individual properties may be sold, leased, or withdrawn from the offering before a listing is updated.

Listings therefore do not constitute a binding offer. Before making any decision, verify all relevant data directly with us. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of data published on the site.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — texts, design, the Urbani Agent name and logo, property photographs, videos (including content played through the Mux service), and other materials — is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to us or to rights holders from whom we have appropriate permission.

Downloading, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using the site's content without our prior written consent is prohibited, including automated data collection (scraping).

User obligations

By using the site you undertake to:

  • use the site in accordance with the law and these terms;
  • enter accurate and complete data in the forms, and only your own data or data you are authorized to provide;
